We went to the public beach. This is a beautiful piece of land with a huge space of grass and beach. It is populated by a large community of Canadian Geese therefore there is good poop EVERYWHERE. Make sure you have swim shoes. I would also recommend taking lawn chairs rather than towels to lay out on b/c it is inevitable you will be laying your towel in goose poop. I have been to other state parks that utilize a Border Collie or Australian Shepherd that herds geese away from certain areas. That would be great here!

We love exploring Caesar's Creek- lots of different sights to see and activities for the kids, or adults! Between hiking, playgrounds, fossil hunting, and the beach- you could spend an entire weekend here. The Flat Fork area is right next to the fossil area and they have a great playground (pictured) as well as hiking trails that my kids (2&4) could handle. The beach area does have a lot of goose poop, but my kids didn't mind. They still had fun splashing in the water!

Great place for the family. We've camped here as well as boated. The lake is never crowded which we love. The campsites are pretty good size. The bathrooms were always clean at the campsite. We will most certainly return to Camp as well as boat.

Nice clean parks! I have been enjoying Caesars Creek State Park since I was a kid. Weather it be for fishing hunting camping hiking you name it. The parks are well maintained and user-friendly. Camping is easy whether you do it online or at the park. The park staff Wildlife officials here are all very courteous.

I have been on the lake since yesterday. Spending the night on my boat and so far no bad experiences. The staff at the marina are top notch. Very helpful with showing you the amenities of the marina. And during a very busy time with customers and lots of children, I saw smiling faces and professionally care. If only their attitudes could be a part of my life in day to day activities.
