First Day Hike at Farm Island Recreation Area

Start the year off right with a hike in nature. This guided one mile hike will take you through Farm Island Recreation Area.  Hikers should meet at the Trailhead, near the bird feeding station. The hike will be lead by a South Dakota Volunteer Naturalist. Be sure to dress for the weather with warm layers and good hiking shoes/boots. If the temperature with windchill is 0 or below the hike will be canceled.
